    CEO / Hauler

    Aaron, a proud native of northern Colorado hailing from Loveland, CO, is the visionary behind Horse&Halo. With 17 years of invaluable sales and marketing expertise under his belt, Aaron combines his professional acumen with a genuine ardor for assisting both individuals and their beloved equines. Founded as a testament to his commitment, Horse&Halo stands as a premier professional services company, offering unparalleled care, compassion, and expertise to equine owners, veterinarians, breeders, boarders, and rescues alike. Specializing in deceased equine services and live transport, Aaron's dedication to excellence has been instrumental in the company's exponential growth. As the CEO and primary long-distance hauler, Aaron embodies his love for horses and empathy for people in every aspect of his work. Off-duty, he finds joy in the company of his beautiful wife and two children, who keep him grounded and fulfilled when he's not on the road.

  • Darin Henry

    Firefighter / Draft Team Trainer

    Darin wears two hats: he serves as a Battalion Chief at Platte Valley Fire and also owns and operates Mountain Shadow Carriages in Windsor, CO. His journey with horses spans over three decades, during which he has nurtured a deep understanding of equine behavior and care. At Mountain Shadow Carriages, Darin oversees a family of ten majestic draft horses, each cherished for their unique personalities and strengths.

    His extensive experience with horses is not just a personal passion but also an invaluable asset to the services provided by Horse&Halo. Whether it's ensuring the safety and comfort of horses during live transportation or skillfully handling challenging loading situations, Darin's expertise shines through. His dedication to the well-being of both horses and customers is evident in every aspect of his work.

  • Dean Pendergraft

    HORSE&HALO DENVER

    Dean, a native Coloradan, has recently returned to the Mile High City after three decades of exploring both near and far. Raised on a quaint farm in Berthoud, Colorado, Dean's love for the great outdoors runs deep, complemented by his unabashed adoration for John Denver's music, and his innate ability to inject humor into any situation, even amidst challenges.

    Since his homecoming to Colorado, Dean has set his sights on a new goal: skiing every resort the state has to offer. Joining the Horse&Halo team, he now extends his genuine warmth and caring demeanor to serve the greater Denver and eastern plains communities. With his compassionate spirit and genuine kindness, Dean is poised to lend a comforting hand to you and your family during moments of loss, offering solace and support when you need it most.

    HORSE&HALO COLORADO SPRINGS

    Dave, hailing from Colorado Springs, has recently bid farewell to his career as an elementary school teacher and coach, embracing retirement with open arms. With a deep-seated passion for the great outdoors, Dave looks forward to devoting more time to his beloved pastimes of fishing and hunting. His affinity for nature and wildlife, coupled with his enduring fascination with all things equine, has been a constant throughout his life.

    Retirement for Dave isn't about slowing down; rather, it's an opportunity for new challenges and experiences. His innate desire to work with people and extend compassion to others remains a guiding force, ensuring that his work with Horse&Halo is as fulfilling and enriching as his career.
